An extra tip:
* If you want to prepare them in advance, you can let them rest in the fridge well covered with aluminum foil. When it’s time to cook them, we just need to season them with oil and bake them;
* We can freeze our croquettes. Once breaded, arrange them on a tray and let them freeze. After a couple of hours, when they are completely frozen, we can transfer them to a food bag still inside the freezer, in this way we save space;
