Preparation of Pan-Fried Cherry Tomatoes Confit
The first step is to carefully wash the cherry tomatoes, then dry them well and cut them in half.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil with the garlic cloves, as soon as they start to sizzle, add the cherry tomatoes, placing the cut side down in the pan, the sugar, and salt.
Let them cook on high heat for a few minutes until the tomatoes are softened, then add the oregano and mix gently to avoid breaking them.
And there you have it, our cherry tomatoes confit are ready to be enjoyed in all their goodness!
