- 2 cans peeled tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 10.58 oz fontina

Preparation of pasta with peeled tomatoes and fontina
As you can see, the preparation of this pasta is extremely fast, it will take just over 10 minutes, and you’ll have a mouth-watering main course!
Start by cutting the fontina into very small cubes and set it aside, then take a large pan, sauté the garlic in the oil, and as soon as it starts sizzling, add the hand-chopped peeled tomatoes.
Pour the peeled tomatoes and let them fry over medium heat, stirring often, and when the sauce has thickened, adjust the salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
Drop the pasta into plenty of salted boiling water and drain it one minute before the cooking time indicated on the package, drain well and pour it into the pan with the sauce.
Turn on the heat and start stirring the pasta, then add the fontina cubes and continue stirring until the fontina has melted.
Serve immediately your pasta with peeled tomatoes and fontina, which is ready to be enjoyed in all its goodness!
