Preparation of Zucchini Rolls in Air Fryer
The preparation of these rolls is extremely quick, you can also prepare them in advance and let them rest in the fridge covered with foil to cook them once you return home (I often do this to save time)!
Wash, dry, and trim the zucchini at the ends, then slice them lengthwise into thin slices and set them aside.
Using the sprayer, lightly oil the zucchini slices on both sides, then coat them with breadcrumbs and lay them on the work surface. Take each wedge of sausage and cut it into about 4 pieces, then place each piece on the zucchini and roll up to form the roll.
Stand the rolls upright next to each other until the baking dish is filled, then drizzle with a bit of oil and cook in the air fryer at 356°F for about 15/18 minutes.
An Extra Tip:
* Cooking times may vary depending on the model of the air fryer;
For a vegetarian version, you can fill the rolls with a cheese spread mousse and aromatic herbs;
* To cook them in a traditional oven, set a temperature of 356°F for about 20/25 minutes.
