Popsicles are the perfect snack to cool off on hot summer days: light, thirst-quenching and always irresistible. I love them so much I could have popsicles and ice cream all summer long! That’s why I decided to try making them at home… and the result was really surprising.
Besides being delicious, you can prepare them in many flavors and variations. Today I propose a very simple version: amarena cherry popsicles, fresh and indulgent. What are you waiting for to try them?

Ingredients for 4 popsicles
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 tbsp + 1 tsp amarena syrup
Tools
- Molds for popsicles
Preparation
To prepare the amarena cherry popsicles you’ll need amarena syrup, preferably the cocktail syrup, which is more liquid and therefore perfect for this preparation.
Pour into a jug 1 1/4 cups of water and 3 tbsp + 1 tsp of amarena syrup. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous liquid.
Taste and adjust: if it’s too sweet, add a little water; if it’s not sweet enough, add a few more drops of syrup until you reach the desired flavor.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them up to the indicated level, then insert the sticks.
Carefully transfer to the freezer and let freeze for at least 5-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Tips
To remove the popsicles from the mold smoothly, I recommend taking the mold out of the freezer and letting it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes.
The size of molds varies by brand, so with this quantity you may get more or fewer popsicles than the number reported in the recipe.
Try the mint popsicles too, they’re really refreshing!
