- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 packet vanillin
- 3 oz berries (frozen)

Steps
To prepare the berry and white chocolate muffins, start by preheating the oven to 356°F. Meanwhile, begin preparing the muffins.
In a large bowl, pour the sugar and add 2 eggs. Mix well with a whisk. Add the milk and oil, and mix again. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder, vanillin, and a pinch of salt.
Mix with the whisk until you get a smooth batter.
Take the white chocolate and coarsely chop it with a knife. Add it to the batter, and also add the frozen berries. Gently mix everything with a spoon.
Now take the muffin pan and place a liner in each mold. Fill each liner 2/3 full with the batter, leaving space for rising.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are golden.
Before removing them from the oven, perform the toothpick test to check if the inside of the muffin is cooked.
Remove from oven and let the muffins cool before enjoying them.
