Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp + 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/8 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- to taste dark chocolate chips

Preparation
To prepare the oatmeal, honey and chocolate cookies, place the egg, oil, sugar and honey in a bowl. Whisk well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the rolled oats, the flour and the dark chocolate chips, then mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, take portions of dough and place them on the paper, shaping the cookies until the mixture is used up.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before detaching the cookies from the baking sheet and serving.
Tips and storage
The cookies can be kept in a tin box for a couple of days.
