Tender Meat Hamburgers

Whether enjoyed alone, on a bed of green salad, or inside a soft bun accompanied by French fries, meat hamburgers truly please everyone, both young and old. They are easy and quick to prepare, but often, without a few small tricks, the result is a dry and crumbly hamburger.
To avoid this, just follow our recipe: you will get tender and juicy hamburgers.

meat hamburger
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 5 Minutes
  • Portions: 4
  • Cooking methods: Low Heat
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 14 oz ground meat (veal)
  • as needed flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

  • To prepare the meat hamburgers, place the ground meat in a bowl; it’s better if it’s veal or a veal/pork mix. Add a pinch of salt to taste and pepper to taste. Briefly work with your hands, mixing all the ingredients well.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form balls. Press them with your hands to achieve a thickness of about 0.5–0.6 inches, then coat each hamburger in flour.

  • For cooking, proceed as follows:

    In a pan
Heat a pan and add a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter. Cook the hamburgers over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Occasionally press them lightly with a spatula to prevent them from swelling during cooking.

    In the oven
Preheat the oven to 428°F static or 392°F fan. Place the meat discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Consider whether to add fats, then cook the hamburgers for about 20 minutes. Halfway through, press them lightly with a spatula to avoid the central swelling.
Take them out and serve hot.
