Steps
Gather the pre-cooked pasta or rice in a bowl, season and mix in the rest of the ingredients, setting aside some grated cheese or breadcrumbs to sprinkle on top. Distribute into the cocottes or molds.
Place them on a microwave rack and start cooking in microwave + grill combination mode, for 8 minutes. When done, remove from microwave and serve. If desired, you can garnish with fresh herbs.
