Air Fryer Chicken-Stuffed Rice Bundles an appetizer or main course to add to my numerous Air Fryer Recipes.
A truly delicious recipe that also joins my other oriental recipes that I love so much, like the Oriental Chicken in jar-cooking or the Rice for sushi in jar-cooking or again the Phyllo Dough Bundles in Air Fryer.
To prepare these bundles, I used rice paper and a chicken-based filling that is very easy to prepare. They are perfect to serve at an oriental dinner perhaps accompanied by Vegetable Rolls in Air Fryer and the indispensable Oriental Sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 sheets rice paper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- extra virgin olive oil
- 0.55 lbs ground chicken
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
- chives
What you need to cook the rice bundles
- 1 Air Fryer
How to prepare oriental rice bundles
Place the ground chicken in a large bowl.
Add the egg, crushed garlic, and chopped spring onions.
Also add finely chopped chives, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Mix vigorously with chopsticks, or a spoon, to combine the ingredients.
Take one sheet of rice paper at a time, immerse it completely in a bowl filled with cold water, being careful not to break it.
Gently drain the rice paper sheet and lay it on your work surface.
On each rice paper sheet, make a cut with scissors to create a triangle.
Place a meatball of filling on each sheet, then begin to close starting from one side and folding the rice paper over itself to have no open edges.
Continue the same way until all ingredients are used.
Place all rice bundles inside your air fryer basket.
Spray oil on the surface of the bundles and then add the sesame seeds.
Cook the bundles in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 356°F, then turn them and finish cooking in 4 minutes.
Serve the bundles hot, accompanied by Oriental Sauce.
How to store air fryer chicken-stuffed rice bundles
The rice bundles are delicious hot and crispy right after being made, but you can store them in the fridge for two days and reheat them in the fryer for a minute before serving.
