Ingredients
- 21.16 oz potatoes
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
What You Need to Cook the Chicken Thighs with Potatoes
- 1 Air Fryer
How to Prepare Chicken Thighs with Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Season the chicken thighs with pieces of garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.
Massage the chicken thighs and then let them rest for about ten minutes.
Place the chicken thighs inside the fryer basket and cook at 392°F for 30 minutes.
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
Place the potato pieces inside a bowl with water and let rest for 15 minutes.
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water, dry them and after the first cooking of the thighs, turn the chicken thighs, place the potatoes around the chicken thighs, and continue cooking, still at 392°F for another 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, serve the chicken thighs with potatoes from the air fryer hot.
