Ingredients for Air Fryer Roast
- 1.65 lbs beef rump (or top round or eye round)
- 0.14 oz salt
- 0.07 oz pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.34 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1.7 oz red wine
Tools
- 1 Baking Pan
- 1 Fryer air
How to Prepare the Beef Roast in the Air Fryer
To prepare the roast in the air fryer, start by placing some minced salt and pepper on the cutting board with the grinder.
Place the piece of meat, which can be a piece of rump, top round, or eye round, and massage it for about ten minutes trying to distribute the flavors on the entire surface and to let them penetrate into the meat.
Place the meat in a pan suitable for your fryer, grease the meat with a little oil, add a crushed or unpeeled garlic clove, and rosemary needles.
Preheat the air fryer to 392°F, and as soon as it reaches the temperature, place the pan inside and cook for about ten minutes.
Open the fryer, without turning it off or changing the temperature, but simply turn the meat and drizzle it with red wine. Close the fryer again and cook for another 15 minutes, for a total of 25 minutes.
At the end of cooking, before removing the roast, let it rest for about ten minutes in the closed fryer, and, once warm, slice your air fryer roast with a slicer or a sharp knife and serve.
