Air Fryer Sea Bass Fillets is my new fish main course recipe, after all my recipes with sea bass fillets, like Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass, Sea Bass in Jar Cooking or Baked Sea Bass Meatballs, I decided to prepare this quick and easy version of fillets thanks to my air fryer!
Like all my other Air Fryer Recipes, this one is also very easy and quick to make, and you’ll get a really delicious main course that will surprise even those who don’t like fish that much!

Ingredients
- 2 fillets sea bass (about 9 oz)
- 1.8 oz breadcrumbs
- 1 orange (zest)
- extra virgin olive oil
- parsley

How to prepare air fryer sea bass fillets
Put the seasoned breadcrumbs in a bowl along with the grated zest of one orange and the finely chopped parsley.
Lightly grease a small baking dish that fits into your air fryer basket.
Place the sea bass fillets in the dish and brush them with more oil on the surface.
Sprinkle the aromatic mixture over the sea bass fillets and gently press with your hand to make the coating stick.
Cook the sea bass fillets in the air fryer at 356°F for 8 minutes.
When the sea bass fillets are cooked, serve them hot.
