Artichokes alla Giudia in Air Fryer

Artichokes alla Giudia in Air Fryer is another one of my Artichoke Recipes that I love so much because even though cleaning them takes quite a bit of time, their taste is truly worth all the work and time needed!

After the Fried Artichokes in Air Fryer and the Stuffed Artichokes with Instant Pot, I wanted to try a traditional recipe in the air fryer, considering that the real recipe involves frying the artichoke heads in plenty of oil to make the leaves crispy and tasty. I decided not to fry them in the traditional way but to cook them in the air fryer to achieve an equally amazing result!

Like all my other Air Fryer Recipes, this one is really super easy and quick to make, and you will get a perfect side dish to accompany my best Second Courses!

Then place the artichokes inside the air fryer’s basket.
