Bacon-wrapped Plums in Air Fryer

Bacon-wrapped plums in air fryer an appetizer to add to my Air Fryer Recipes, very easy and quick, perfect to serve at a get-together with friends, when you don’t know what to cook to amaze your guests with something different and tasty!

I have a series of Jar Cooking Appetizers and Fish Appetizers in Air Fryer but I wanted something even quicker and more appetizing for a home aperitif with Giulia, so I looked into my pantry and fridge and assembled these delicious bacon-wrapped plums that I then cooked in the air fryer. I remembered having some plums left because I recently cooked Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Plums in Jar, and here is a tasty and quick appetizer!

While preparing them, they might initially resemble Saltimbocca, but obviously, they differ in ingredients!
