Beer Pork Meatballs in Multicooker, one of my new Italian Recipes with instant pot from my book. A truly delicious, easy, and quick Main Courses with instant pot to prepare and cook. Perfect for an evening with friends or family. Pork meatballs are a classic at my house; I’ve made them many times in different ways, like Pork Meatballs in Glass Cooking or Pork Meatballs with instant pot, but this time I decided to make them with beer, because they are flavorful and aromatic, and as the alcohol evaporates during cooking, they are suitable for everyone, including kids.
If you love cooking with the multicooker, I recommend serving the beer pork meatballs in multicooker with some of my Side Dishes with instant pot, including the Onions with instant pot or the Mashed Potatoes in instant pot or the Roasted Potatoes with instant pot.

Put the pork meat in a large bowl.
Add the egg, milk, salt, pepper and start mixing the mixture. Gradually begin to add the breadcrumbs.
Once you have a well-mixed dough, grease or moisten your hands and form many meatballs the size of a walnut and set aside.
Clean the leek, remove the roots and slice it very thinly.
Place the sliced leek inside a colander and wash it very well.
Drain it and dry it.
Spread the leek inside the multicooker, add a good drizzle of oil and sauté using the “sauté” function for 3 minutes.
Arrange the meatballs inside the multicooker and continue cooking the pork meatballs with the sauté function for one minute.
Add the sage leaves and moisten the meatballs with the beer.
Turn off the pot.
Put the pressure lid, program the pot for “high” pressure function (248°F) and start cooking for 8 minutes.
At the end of cooking, depressurize the pot and serve the hot meatballs with their cooking juices.
