- 1 multicooker
How to Prepare the Beets in the Electric Pressure Cooker
Wash the raw beets and remove impurities.
Place the beets inside the electric pressure cooker covered with water.
Add a level teaspoon of salt and stir.
Put the pressure lid on the instant pot, or if you are using the electric pressure cooker, cook on pressure function for 12 minutes.
After cooking, let the beets rest for 6 minutes, then depressurize.
Drain the beets from the cooking water, remove the skin and serve at the table.
How to Store the Beets Cooked in the Electric Pressure Cooker
The Beets in the Electric Pressure Cooker can be stored in the fridge for 5 days.
You can freeze them if desired.
