Dear readers, here is the coconut cheesecake in a jar you’ve been waiting for. A spoon dessert made with coconut and almond cream, cooked in a jar in the microwave with my technique. Like the chocolate cheesecake in a jar and the lemon one, this recipe also cooks in a few minutes in the microwave and lasts for 1 week in the refrigerator. The biscuit and almond base, combined with the cream with coconut, almonds, and coconut, once cooked, will give you all the flavor of the famous Raffaello treats, enclosed in a delicious New York cheesecake. In the ingredient list, you will find that you can use either coconut milk or coconut cream. As long as you don’t use coconut water, where the water percentage is predominant and not suitable for this dessert. If you don’t know how to open the jars, at the end of the article, you will find the link to a live session I did in the group that will show you how to do it.

Extra Tips for the Cheesecake in a Jar
If you use coconut milk instead of cream, as it will be a bit more liquid, distribute the cream over the biscuits as you proceed with the cooking. This way, the base won’t absorb the moisture of the cream. The coconut cheesecake can be opened after 10 minutes and consumed within 3 days, or it can be left closed and, in this way, will last for 1 week.
The coconut cheesecake in a jar should be refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving.
