How to recycle fried cod
Slice a large onion, brown it in the microwave, in a small bowl, with a tablespoon of oil. Distribute half of the browned onion in a 2-cup jar and place the fried cod on top, cover with the other onion. Moisten with a tablespoon of white wine and add some chopped parsley. Close the jar and cook for 4 minutes at your tested power. This way, you can keep it for 1 week in the refrigerator, thanks to the vacuum seal.
