What you need to cook in jar cooking in the microwave

You can buy the jars suitable for jar cooking in the microwave, already equipped with 4 clamps, on the website Decorazioni dolci, with discount code WECK10.

  • 1 Microwave oven
  • 1 Jar with thin gasket 500 ml
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Hand whisk

How to make the fit pudding in jar cooking

  • Pour the water into a glass and heat it well in the microwave, it will take about one minute.

In the bowl, put the cocoa and pour the water, a little at a time and mix well with the whisk, until the cocoa dissolves.

Now you can add the sweetener, milk, and egg whites. Stir well with the whisk, to break the egg white.

  • Heat the plant-based drink in the microwave, use it to dissolve the cocoa and then proceed as per the recipe.

  • Clean the edge of the jar, close, and clamp. Place the jar in the microwave and start cooking for 5 minutes at half power. I use 300 watts, out of 600 watts supplied by the water test.

At the end of cooking, let the closed jar rest for at least 20 minutes. If you need to store it in the refrigerator for 10 days, let it return to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator, without opening it.

The egg white pudding in jar cooking must cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Afterward, you can gently pull the seal and enjoy it.

  • If you want to turn the pudding into a cream, once cold, just open the jar, as explained above, insert an immersion blender, and blend until creamy. Great for making a fit tiramisu glass dessert.

Additional tips for pudding in jar cooking

You can replace the almond drink with hazelnut or coconut drink. Both pair well with the taste of chocolate. Although drinks, unlike milk, have a very mild taste, the water percentage is 90%.
