Ingredients for Salmon Cooked in a Jar

  • 2 salmon fillets (100 g each)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs chives
  • 3 leaves basil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 Microwave Oven
  • 1 Jar 500 ml with thin gasket

Procedure

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, wash and chop the herbs. Put the cherry tomatoes in the jar, add half of the herbs, the garlic with skin, and the salt. Insert the salmon fillets, the remaining herbs, and the oil. Clean the rim of the jar, close, and clamp. Shake the jar to distribute the seasoning.
