Frozen Lasagna in Air Fryer

When you want to use the frozen lasagna dish, proceed as follows: place it in the air fryer, covered with a sheet of aluminum foil fitting tightly to the dish edges, start the first cooking step for 15 minutes at 302°F, then proceed with cooking at 356°F for 20 minutes.

Extra Tips…

As I explain in my book, for cooking in an air fryer, you can use aluminum trays, ceramic, Pyrex, steel, and everything that you might use in a traditional oven. Choose accessories that can easily fit into the basket or compartment of the fryer. For this recipe, I used my drawer fryer and, naturally, I could also have used the basket air fryer, using the round dish.
