Rosella Errante’s jar cooking tips
The lentil soup in a jar can rest for up to 24 hours, outside the fridge. Remember that to remove the vacuum from the jars, simply unlatch, let acclimate using the defrost function for 2 minutes, and then start at your power for about 3 minutes or until it opens.
Discarding the soaking liquid will not only make the lentils more digestible but will also prevent excessive foam from forming during cooking.
