Tips for cooking meatloaf in the air fryer

To cook the meatloaves in the air fryer, I used a aluminum pan. It is an excellent heat conductor. 

If you have leftover green sauce, you can use it to season a roast beef or to fill bruschettas.

Variation for making meatloaf in the fryer

To make the meatloaf, replace with 150 g of ground meat with crumbled sausage, the meatloaf will be much tastier.

Inside the meatloaf, insert chunks of scamorza cheese, when sliced it will be nice and stringy and appetizing.
