A quick and easy way to prepare caramelized orange slices in our microwave! After creating the recipe for Microwave Dried Citrus Peels, which are great for adding fragrance to our sweet or savory dishes, I decided that I would also prepare caramelized orange slices to use primarily in my Orange Roll, but you can also use them in other desserts such as to garnish the Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake or the Quick Sugar-Free Cake.

How to Prepare Caramelized Orange Slices in Microwave
Wash the oranges and remove any impurities with a knife.
Cut them into thin slices and arrange the slices on a crisp plate.
Sprinkle the orange slices with erythritol, then cook them in the microwave in combined mode at maximum power for 12 minutes.
Once cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Use the caramelized orange slices to garnish and decorate your desserts.

The microwave caramelized oranges can be stored in the fridge for one month.
