- 1 Microwave Oven

- 1 Bowl
Procedure
To start, distribute the cream cheese in the bowl, pour the milk, and pepper. Mix well until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Spray the bottom of the jar with a little oil. Cut the lasagna pasta into squares and insert one into the jar. Cover with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
Distribute a little ham and continue until you create 4 layers of lasagna in the jar.
Finish by adding the teaspoon of grated cheese.
Now, clean the rim of the jar, close it, and clamp it. Place the jar in the microwave and cook the lasagna for 5 minutes at your tested power, I use 600 watts. Meanwhile, work on the second jar of lasagna.
Once cooking is finished, remove the jar from the microwave and let it rest closed for at least 20 minutes. Cook the other jar.
Once the microwave jar lasagna is at room temperature, you can store it in the fridge for 15 days. Or, you can remove the clamps to open and heat the jar in the microwave. If hot, it will take less than 2 minutes. If the lasagna temperature is suitable for you, alternatively, you can pull the gasket and serve.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
How can I serve the jar-cooked lasagna on a plate
The convenience of jar cooking is being able to serve directly in the jar, however you might prefer them plated. To do this, you will need only a flexible silicone spatula and let the lasagna be slightly warm, if too hot it will be more difficult to maintain its shape. Run a circle around the lasagna, staying close to the glass, then, tilting the jar towards the plate, insert the spatula under the lasagna and use it to slide the lasagna from the jar onto the plate. At this point, you can heat it in the microwave to the desired temperature.
Can I use dry lasagna for this recipe?
The balance between liquids and solids is very delicate in this recipe, you risk getting dry lasagna. To be able to use them, you should blanch them in water.
