How to cook spinach in the microwave

Spread the spinach in a glass bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film, making sure it is well-fitted and taut. Make a few holes in the film and then place the bowl in the microwave. Cook the spinach at about 800 watts for 5 minutes. Let them rest in the covered bowl for 10 minutes, and the spinach is ready for all your recipes.
