Recipe with the Craftina
Craftina refers to a pot that browns and grills in the microwave, exclusive to Lidl brand. I used the KitchenCraft Microwave Griddle and found it very effective.
I used the base of the pot and browned the zucchini in the microwave at 1000 watts for 10 minutes. Then I mixed them with the beaten eggs and poured back into the dish. To get a crust on the omelette, both below and above, I cooked for 10 minutes with the microwave + grill function.
This pot is equipped with two silicone handles that should be removed when using the grill function.
