Oriental Cucumber Salad one of my Side Dishes Archives – From the pan to the jar
very easy without cooking, perfect for summer when you don’t want to turn on stoves, various appliances, but you want something tasty! You know how much I love ethnic recipes in jar cooking so much that I have created an entire section in jar cooking, but this is really simple and you don’t cook anything! Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs cucumbers (cleaned)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt
How to Prepare Oriental Cucumber Salad
Wash the cucumbers, slice them lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Then cut the cucumbers into sticks.
Place the cucumber sticks in a large bowl and salt them.
Let them rest for 30 minutes, then rinse them.
Squeeze the cucumbers and place them in a clean container preferably with a lid.
Season the cucumbers with tahini and chili powder.
Also add sesame seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Close the container with its lid, then mix by shaking the container and store in the fridge.
You can eat the oriental cucumber salad immediately, or store it in the fridge to rest overnight.

The oriental cucumber salad can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
