very easy without cooking, perfect for summer when you don’t feel like turning on stoves, various appliances, but you want something tasty! You know how much I love Ethnic Recipes in jar cooking so much that I actually created an entire section in jar cooking, but this one is really simple and you don’t cook anything! If you have already used cucumbers to prepare Tzatziki Sauce and Greek Pasta you have to prepare the oriental salad because I am sure you will like it!

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs cucumbers (cleaned)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt
How to Prepare the Oriental Cucumber Salad
Wash the cucumbers, slice them lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Then cut the cucumbers into sticks.
Place the cucumber sticks in a large bowl and salt them.
Let them rest for 30 minutes, then rinse them.
Squeeze the cucumbers and place them in a clean container, preferably with a lid.
Season the cucumbers with a tablespoon of tahini and chili powder.
Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Close the container with its lid, then mix by shaking the container and store in the fridge.
You can eat the oriental cucumber salad immediately, or store it in the fridge to rest overnight.
