How Long Does Panna Cotta Last in a Jar

Panna cotta with egg whites, just like raspberries, will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator, thanks to the vacuum seal.

If you prefer, you can replace erythritol with 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar.
