Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- cup milk
- cup erythritol
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- cup butter
- 1 tablespoon inulin
- 1 pinch salt
- vanilla extract
- Half sachet baking powder
What You Need to Cook the Quick Peach Cake
- 1 Pan 9.5 inches
- 1 Microwave Oven
- 1 Microwave Pan
How to Prepare Quick Peach Cake
Peel the peaches and slice them.
Place the peach slices in a bowl along with the brown sugar and erythritol.
Mix the peach slices then put them in the heating pot and cook in the microwave at 800 W for 10 minutes.
In the bowl where you seasoned the peaches, pour the milk and erythritol.
Mix with a hand whisk.
Add also the vanilla extract, flour, and a pinch of salt, continuing to mix to avoid lumps.
Then add also inulin and baking powder.
Put the butter in a pyrex cake pan and melt it in the microwave at 300 W for 2 minutes.
Pour the quick peach cake batter into the pan.
Also add the microwave-cooked and cooled peach slices.
Finish covering with peaches and cook in microwave in combined microwave + grill function (if possible at 300W) for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
