Extra tips for rice with artichokes in jar cooking

I recommend toasting the rice only if you use Carnaroli. Otherwise, with Vialone Nano or S.Andrea, you can put it directly in the jar.

*Using hot or warm broth is necessary, you can heat the broth in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, before proceeding with the preparation of rice in a jar.

If you prefer, you can make single servings of rice with artichokes, in which case, in a 500 ml jar, you can put 1/3 cup of rice, 1/3 cup of artichokes, and 2/3 cup of broth.
