Additional tips for asparagus rice in a jar

If you want to store the recipe for a few days in the refrigerator using the same rice, cook for 5 minutes.

I prefer to cook it in the morning for my daughter’s lunch, or at lunch for the evening, leaving it out of the fridge.

For an extra touch, flavor the rice with a little lemon zest.
