Rosella’s Extra Tips
If you want to cook the stuffed zucchinis from raw, proceed as follows: cut the lid and hollow out the zucchinis, being careful not to break them. Salt the inside of the zucchinis and let them rest upside down for half an hour to drain the vegetative water. In the meantime, sauté the chopped pulp and prepare the other ingredients. Stuff the zucchinis, place them in the jars, add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom, and sprinkle with a little oil. Close the jars and cook for 6 minutes at your power setting.
