Additional tips
The tomato sauce cooked in the instant pot keeps well for a couple of days in a glass airtight container. Alternatively, you can distribute some sauce into jars suitable for canning, filling up to 3/4. Close the jars and give each jar 2 minutes of actual boiling if 500 ml, or 4 minutes if the jar is 1 liter.
