The tuna and potato meatloaf in jar cooking can be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator, thanks to the vacuum that forms in the jar.

Grana Padano is naturally lactose-free.

You can halve the quantities and cook in a 500 ml jar for 5 minutes.

For an extra touch, you can blend two sprigs of parsley with the juice of half a lemon with a tablespoon of water, using it to season the meatloaf if you will serve it cold.
