- 0.63 cup plain natural yogurt
- 3.5 oz mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 sprigs chives (or dill)
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 pinches salt

- 1 Hand whisk
How to make the yogurt and mayonnaise sauce for kebab
Peel the garlic clove and cut it in half. Pour the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and oil, and emulsify with a small whisk. Add the garlic clove, chopped chives, and mix well.
Let the yogurt sauce rest in the fridge for an hour. When ready to use, remove the garlic pieces. Use your yogurt sauce to fill your kebabs, great with chicken ones, or try it on vegetables, both raw and cooked.
