How to store limequats?
Once dried and well dried, they can be stored for a few months in a glass jar (or tin box), away from light.
Frozen limequats last for 4 months.
How to use the chips?
The slices of citrus limequat are very decorative, perfect little lemons for decorating any dish: a first course, a risotto, a salad, fruit salad, any kind of main course or a dessert.
Added to fish or meat dishes, they bring color and flavor.
Great for flavoring all kinds of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, or in hot or cold beverages.
