Green Vegetarian Burgers

  • 1 hamburger bun (GREEN homemade with spirulina algae)
  • 1 oz gorgonzola (vegan – or other spreadable cheese without animal rennet)
  • 4 pistachios
  • 1.76 oz white onions
  • 1 thread extra virgin olive oil (or peanut oil)
  • to taste salt (and preferred spices)

Green Vegetarian Burgers

  • Prepare the onions

    Peel the onion, quickly wash it, and slice it.

    In a suitably sized pan, pour the oil, onion, salt, and preferred herbs. Cook and stir as needed for 10 – 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

    Fill the green burger bun

    Cut the bun in half.

    Fill with:

    – a layer of vegan gorgonzola (or spreadable cheese without animal rennet)

    – the wilted onions

    – chopped pistachios (or coarsely chopped)
