  • leaves basil (or mint)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (replace with SUGAR for the SWEET version)
  • to taste salt (just a pinch in the SWEET version)

  • Wash and peel the ripe kiwis (the skin is edible and rich in properties, so you can also choose to keep it). Cut them into cubes and put them in the blender jug along with the lemon juice, basil (or mint), and extra virgin olive oil (or sugar, for a sweet version).
