    Place the orange peels (or other citrus peels) in a single layer without overlapping them.

  • 🍀 NATURAL METHOD: lay the peels on a plate (or paper towels), do not overlap them, and let them dry in the sun or at room temperature. After about a week, they will be ready, dry, and will break easily.

    🍀 RADIATOR or STOVE: place the peels on a tray (in a single layer) and place it on a turned-on radiator or near the stove, letting them dry for a few days. Check that they are dry and crispy before removing them.

    🍀 OVEN: preheat the oven to 122°F, place the peels on a tray, in a single layer, and bake. Let dry for at least 3 hours, checking from time to time. Ensure they are completely dry before removing, they should break easily.

    🍀 DEHYDRATOR: set to 104-122°F, place the peels on trays without overlapping and start drying. Leave for 6-12 hours, ensuring they are dry and crispy.

    🍀 AIR FRYER: place the peels in the air fryer basket, in a single layer, set the temperature to 104-122°F, and start for 1-2 hours. Check periodically, they are ready when they break easily.

    🍀 MICROWAVE: place the peels on a plate, cover with paper towels, and set the microwave to low power. Dry for 1-2 minutes at a time, frequently checking until they are dry and crispy.

    Once dry, blend the peels with a mixer or better a coffee grinder.
