Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes at 375°F, turning halfway through for even browning.

How to cook chicken and potatoes in the air fryer?
Peel the potatoes, cut them into even pieces, and put them in water to remove the starch.
Meanwhile, remove the skin from the chicken legs, then put them in a bowl along with the drained potatoes, oil, salt, and rosemary. Mix with your hands to distribute the seasoning well.
Pour everything into the air fryer tray and arrange in a single layer. Insert the basket into the fryer without waiting for it to reach temperature.
Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway for even browning.
Tip: for even cooking of the chicken and potatoes, adjust according to the size of the pieces: if necessary, remove the potatoes first and place them back in the basket in the last 5 minutes, thus aligning the cooking times well.
If not consumed immediately, cook the chicken a few minutes less and use the keep warm function: it will continue to cook a bit, without drying out.
STORE air fryer chicken and potatoes
Allow to cool completely, transfer to an airtight container, and store in the fridge. Consume within two days and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
It can also be frozen: just let it cool, place it in suitable containers, and store in the freezer. When needed, thaw in the fridge and reheat in the fryer to make it crispy again.
