Anti-cellulite Juice

Ingredients for the anti-cellulite juice

  • 10.5 oz pineapple (weight without peel)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber

Preparation of the anti-cellulite juice

  • Remove the pineapple peel and cut it into pieces.

  • Remove the leaves from the celery stalks, wash them well under running water, and cut into pieces.

  • Wash well and cut the cucumber into chunks.

  • Peel the lemon and cut it into quarters.

  • Insert the pieces of fruit and vegetables into the juicer, alternating them. If you use a centrifugal juicer, operate it intermittently because the fruits and vegetables would heat up, losing some of their nutrients. No such problem with the juicer, which works “cold.”
