Ingredients for the Berry Smoothie with Mixed Berries

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation of Berry Smoothie with Mixed Berries

  • Before preparing this berry smoothie, remember to freeze the blueberries for a few hours. I usually freeze them the night before.

  • Pour the orange juice into the large cup of a blender, then add the banana sliced, the strawberries halved, whole raspberries, and frozen blueberries.

  • Add the plain yogurt and honey as well. You can adjust the honey according to your personal taste.

  • Then blend everything until you get a creamy mixture with a nice purple color.
