Today, I’m going to show you how to prepare a hot shaken coffee with hazelnut cream. It’s the perfect treat when you crave something special without having to whisk, melt, or dirty half the kitchen. All it takes is a jar, some hot milk, steaming espresso, and hazelnut cream. Shake it all energetically and magic is done. Finally, a nice soft touch with spray whipped cream that makes everything even more immediate since it’s ready in a second and is really ideal when you need to prepare one or two cups without big preparations. Ingredients for Hot Shaken Coffee
For this recipe, I made the two espressos with the machine, but you can easily use coffee from a moka pot: the important thing is that it is hot so the hazelnut cream melts perfectly.
Also, I used oat milk, but you can prepare this shaken coffee with cow’s milk or other plant-based beverages.
- 2 espresso coffee
- hazelnut cream
- 1/8 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- spray whipped cream
- unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 Jar
- 2 Coffee cups transparent
- 1 Sieve fine mesh
Preparation of Hot Shaken Coffee
Spread a layer of hazelnut cream on each cup. Actually, you can dose the amount of cream as you like. The more you add, the more delicious your coffee will be.
Put the hot milk in a jar. Then add the two espressos (also hot) and a teaspoon of hazelnut cream.
Close the jar and shake vigorously until the hazelnut cream is completely dissolved.
Divide this mixture into the two cups.
Finally, add a nice dollop of spray whipped cream and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa sifted through a fine mesh sieve. Hot shaken coffee is ready to be served. Enjoy it immediately! Enjoy! Paola.
