Hot Shaken Coffee with Hazelnut Cream

Today, I’m going to show you how to prepare a hot shaken coffee with hazelnut cream. It’s the perfect treat when you crave something special without having to whisk, melt, or dirty half the kitchen. All it takes is a jar, some hot milk, steaming espresso, and hazelnut cream. Shake it all energetically and magic is done. Finally, a nice soft touch with spray whipped cream that makes everything even more immediate since it’s ready in a second and is really ideal when you need to prepare one or two cups without big preparations. Ingredients for Hot Shaken Coffee

For this recipe, I made the two espressos with the machine, but you can easily use coffee from a moka pot: the important thing is that it is hot so the hazelnut cream melts perfectly.

Also, I used oat milk, but you can prepare this shaken coffee with cow’s milk or other plant-based beverages.

  • 2 espresso coffee
  • hazelnut cream
  • 1/8 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • spray whipped cream
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Tools

  • 1 Jar
  • 2 Coffee cups transparent
  • 1 Sieve fine mesh

Preparation of Hot Shaken Coffee

  • Spread a layer of hazelnut cream on each cup. Actually, you can dose the amount of cream as you like. The more you add, the more delicious your coffee will be.

  • Put the hot milk in a jar. Then add the two espressos (also hot) and a teaspoon of hazelnut cream.

  • Close the jar and shake vigorously until the hazelnut cream is completely dissolved.

  • Divide this mixture into the two cups.

  • Finally, add a nice dollop of spray whipped cream and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa sifted through a fine mesh sieve. Hot shaken coffee is ready to be served. Enjoy it immediately! Enjoy! Paola.
