Ingredients for the Non-Alcoholic Spritz

With these quantities, you can make a non-alcoholic spritz for 2 people.

If you prepare it in winter, I recommend using real orange juice. In summer, however, when these citrus fruits are not in season or at their best, replace it with 100% orange juice.

  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or 100% orange juice)
  • 3/4 cup non-alcoholic bitter
  • 2/3 cup tonic water
  • 4 slices orange
  • ice cubes
  • A few sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)

Tools

  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 2 Glasses cocktail

Preparation of the Non-Alcoholic Spritz

  • Wash an orange well, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it in half.

Then cut two slices from each half.

  • Then place them inside two cocktail glasses.

  • Pour the non-alcoholic bitter over them.

  • Then add the tonic water and orange juice (or orange juice) and stir.

  • Finally, finish with a few ice cubes and decorate the cocktail as desired. I inserted a small orange wedge into a sprig of fresh mint, but a simple orange slice placed on the rim of the glass works just as well. Serve the non-alcoholic spritz immediately. Enjoy! Paola
