Super tasty and also very easy to prepare, you really have to try these pork loin slices with mushrooms. Prepare some bread because the sauce left in the pan definitely requires a nice mop-up. A suggestion: do not remove the marjoram which gives a really special touch to the dish.

Ingredients for Pork Loin Slices with Mushrooms
- 1.3 lbs pork loin (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 10.5 oz mixed mushrooms (frozen)
- 0.7 oz dried mushrooms
- broth (vegetable or meat)
- flour
- 1.75 oz butter
- Half cup dry white wine
- 1 bunch parsley
- A few leaves marjoram
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- black pepper

Preparation of Pork Loin Slices with Mushrooms
Roughly chop the frozen mushrooms. I moved them from the freezer to the fridge about an hour before using them.
In a small bowl, soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes. Then drain, rinse, and roughly chop them.
In a pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil with a clove of peeled and halved garlic. Add the mushrooms, a pinch of salt, a grind of black pepper, and cook them for 6/7 minutes until their water is almost completely absorbed.
Finally, turn off the heat, remove the garlic, and season with finely chopped parsley.
Lightly pound the pork loin slices to thin them a bit and make small incisions on the sides so they don’t curl during cooking.
Then flour them and shake off the excess flour.
In a large pot, melt the butter in a few tablespoons of oil, then add the meat slices and brown them for 2/3 minutes on each side, turning them with tongs.
Once browned, salt and pepper them to taste and pour half a cup of white wine on them.
Let it evaporate, then add the mushrooms, a generous ladle of boiling broth (more if necessary) and continue cooking over medium-low heat for about ten minutes, turning the meat slices occasionally.
Once cooked, adjust the salt and pepper if necessary, and season with a few marjoram leaves. Serve the pork loin slices with mushrooms immediately, piping hot. Enjoy! Paola
