Ingredients for Ricotta Cream with Raspberries
- 9 oz ricotta
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Marsala
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- raspberries
Tools
- 2 Bowls
- Electric Whisks
- 1 Spatula
Preparation of Ricotta Cream with Raspberries
Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it with the electric whisks. Set aside.
In a second bowl, place the ricotta, sugar, and Marsala and mix them with the electric whisks until you get a soft and fluffy cream.
Then add the whipped cream to the ricotta mixture and gently fold it in using upward movements to avoid deflating the mix.
Pour the resulting ricotta cream into small individual cups. If you’re not serving them immediately, place them in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
When ready to serve, decorate the ricotta cream with fresh raspberries and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar as desired. Enjoy! Paola
