  • 1 clove garlic
  • 9 oz cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
  • 1 oz Taggiasca olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation of Sea Bream Fillets with Cherry Tomatoes

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. I used red and yellow cherry tomatoes, but you can use just one type.

Peel the garlic, chop it finely, and fry it in a few tablespoons of oil in a large pan.

  • Let it sizzle for a few moments, then add the cherry tomatoes, black olives, and capers, and sauté everything over medium-low heat for a few minutes.

  • Then place the sea bream fillets in the pan (still frozen) with the skin facing up and cook them for five minutes. Turn them gently and continue cooking for a few more minutes.

  • Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with plenty of chopped parsley.

  • Let it flavor for a moment on the heat, then turn off and serve the sea bream fillets with cherry tomatoes immediately, piping hot. Enjoy! Paola
