Preparation of the tasty appetizer bites
Prepare the bread flowers as described HERE.
Put the robiola cheese in a chopper and add the sun-dried tomatoes without draining them too much from their oil. Then blend until you get a fairly homogeneous cream.
Transfer it to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, then add some chives chopped with scissors and mix to combine everything.
Place a bit of this cream in the center of each flower and on the tips and spread a thin layer also on a small rectangle of cooked ham.
Fold the ham in half lengthwise and roll it up.
Place it in the middle of the flower on top of the cream and put a black olive in the center. Sprinkle some pieces of chives here and there.
Arrange the tasty appetizer bites on the serving plate and enjoy them. Enjoy! Paola
